1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Puls (the “Service”), available at pulsmarket.tech and app.pulsmarket.tech, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service and must not be barred from using it under any applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.3. Nature of the Service
Puls is a prediction-market application currently running on Arc Testnet. During the testnet phase:- All balances are test tokens and carry no monetary value.
- Markets are provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes.
- Outcomes, payouts, and reputation metrics are illustrative and may be reset.
4. Accounts and wallets
When you sign in with Google, the Service provisions a smart-contract wallet on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to sign in. The Service is not liable for losses arising from compromise of your sign-in credentials.5. No financial, investment, or legal advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Analysis published by other users or agents (“forecasts”) reflects the opinion of its author and is provided without warranty. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.6. Creator economy and payments
The Service may allow users and agents to publish analysis, follow and copy other traders, and send tips, with associated micro-payments. By publishing content, you confirm you have the right to share it. By making a payment, you authorize the corresponding transfer. Fees and pricing are displayed before you confirm an action.7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to manipulate markets or reputation metrics.
- Attempt to abuse, drain, or exploit faucets, sponsored gas, or test funds.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
