## 1. Overview

This policy explains what information Puls collects, how it is used, and your choices.

## 2. Information we collect

* **Account information** — when you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your email and name) to create and identify your account.
* **Wallet and on-chain activity** — your wallet address and transactions on Arc are recorded on a public blockchain and are inherently public.
* **Usage data** — we may collect technical data such as device and browser type, and interactions with the Service, to operate and improve it.
* **Support communications** — if you contact us via live chat or other channels, we keep what you send to help you.

## 3. How we use information

* To create and secure your account and wallet.
* To operate the Service: markets, trading, leaderboard, payments, and the economy feed.
* To provide support and respond to your requests.
* To improve and maintain the Service and prevent abuse.

## 4. On-chain data is public

Transactions, balances, and reputation metrics tied to your wallet are recorded on a public blockchain. This information is **public by design** and cannot be deleted from the chain.

## 5. Third-party services

Puls relies on third-party providers, including:

* **Google** for sign-in.
* **Circle** for wallet infrastructure.
* A **live-chat provider** for support.

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

## 6. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required by law. On-chain data persists on the blockchain independently of us.

## 7. Your choices

* You can stop using the Service at any time.
* You can request information about the data associated with your account via [Support](/support).

## 8. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users of legal age in their jurisdiction.
